The last March 2015, GEOINTEC has accomplished a Geophysics Survey for 70 MW PV Laberinto Oeste in Sierra Gorda, Region of Antofagasta (Chile).

The purpose of this study was:

• Define soil electrical resistivity for design the electrical framework of the PV.
• Define soil thermic resistivity for the same purposes.
• Geothecnical profile from:
  • Vs30 wave velocities
  • Penetration dynamic test
  • In situ cut strength test (Vane Test)
