Adem\u00e1s de las consideraciones log\u00edsticas propias de la zona, se realiz\u00f3 una evaluaci\u00f3n previa de la seguridad de la zona. Este \u00faltimo aspecto est\u00e1 cobrando cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s importancia en las zonas calientes ubicadas en\u00a0Oriente Pr\u00f3ximo, as\u00ed como parte de \u00c1frica.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, adem\u00e1s del estudio geot\u00e9cnico, a GEOINTEC le fue encargado el estudio de ensayos de hinca y pruebas de carga horizontales y pruebas de carga combinadas. Los objetivos considerados fueron los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determinaci\u00f3n de las limitaciones o problemas geot\u00e9cnicos del emplazamiento objeto de estudio.<\/li>\n<li>Estudio de amenazas naturales. Identificar y definir los riesgos geol\u00f3gicos y los procesos geomorfol\u00f3gicos activos que puedan afectar al nuevo proyecto.<\/li>\n<li>Proporci\u00f3n el conocimiento de las caracter\u00edsticas geot\u00e9cnicas del terreno, de acuerdo con la estructura a proyectar.<\/li>\n<li>Determinaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros geot\u00e9cnicos de cada litolog\u00eda detectada para el dise\u00f1o del proyecto, donde se analizar\u00e1n las diferentes soluciones de cimentaci\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n de las solicitaciones de carga.<\/li>\n<li>Recomendaciones para las cimentaciones de estructuras. Comprobaciones relativas ala estabilidad global de la cimentaci\u00f3n, capacidad portante frente al hundimiento, arranque y rotura horizontal del terreno. C\u00e1lculo geot\u00e9cnico para la cimentaci\u00f3n mediante hinca directa, hinca con pre-drilling y micropilotes.<\/li>\n<li>Determinaci\u00f3n de la resistividad del subsuelo.<\/li>\n<li>Estudio de la corrosividad del suelo frente al acero y agresividad frente al hormig\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Ensayos de hinca y pruebas de carga (pull out test).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"wpgmp_map_container wpgmp-map-5\" rel=\"map5\"><div class=\"wpgmp_map_parent\"><div class=\"wpgmp_map \" style=\"width:700px;
